• When sending in your ZL1 or CTSV intercooler brick to be reinforced there is a return shipping fee charged at checkout.

How to properly prepare your intercooler brick:

1. Use at least one can of brake cleaner to loosen any grime.
2. Then Dawn dish soap and water, give the brick a throughout scrub inside and out. Ensuring any debris or grime is removed.
3. Take air and blow off any all the soapy water inside and out. *make sure it's completely dry so UPS doesn't delay shipping.
4. Wrap the brick in bubble wrap or cardboard package and ship.

Due to many intercoolers arriving damaged due to improper front plate welding, we will not reinforce the front as we have not seen it have issues over the last 13 years.
