EFI Fuel Line Routing Using an Adjustable Regulator Before the Fuel Rails

This routing guide outlines the proper setup for EFI systems using an adjustable bypass regulator positioned before the fuel rails. The included diagram clearly illustrates flow from the fuel pump to the regulator, then onward to the rails—ensuring consistent pressure and clean plumbing

Typically used with factory rails but can use billet rails.

This is the preferred method for remote start applications; But it does require adding a check valve.  We also recommend adding a pulse dampener post regulator.

Note the flex fuel sensor must be installed before the regulator in the feed line, not the return line.
