The Atomizer SD 220 is a high-capacity, 2350cc/min fuel injector designed for gasoline, ethanol, and methanol applications. It features a compact billet aluminum body ideal for tight engine bays and modern intake manifolds.

This injector includes a Bosch EV1 connector and dual Viton O-rings for secure, leak-resistant sealing. Internally, it uses a high-speed solenoid, lightweight components, and precision-machined seat geometry to deliver accurate, consistent fuel delivery across a wide range of engine speeds and pressures.

Each unit is individually flow-tested, serialized, and matched to ensure uniformity and performance across all cylinders. The SD 220 is high-impedance, making it compatible with most aftermarket ECUs and standalone engine management systems.
