Snow Performance solves that with a purpose-built solution designed for serious performance and long-term reliability. The Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat features an integrated billet manifold that simplifies your fuel system while delivering maximum flow with minimal hassle.
Machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum and anodized black for corrosion resistance, each unit is built in the USA with precision CNC-cut internal fuel passages. This eliminates the need for external hose merges or splitters that can fail over time. Each pump is sealed with chemical-resistant Viton O-rings and securely mounted within the assembly, offering a leak-free, high-integrity setup that’s ready for E85 and other aggressive fuels.
Feed and return ports are threaded for 10AN ORB and 8AN ORB fittings. Swivel adapters are available separately to support 6AN, 8AN, or 10AN hose connections based on your fuel system layout.
Each assembly is configurable for either two or three pumps using only genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) units no knockoffs, no shortcuts. Available flow options include:

This system is designed exclusively for return-style fuel systems and supports a wide range of fuel types including gasoline, E10, E85, and E98. It is not compatible with methanol.
For dual-purpose street and race builds, you can pair a smaller primary pump with one or two higher-output secondary pumps. This keeps current draw low and fuel temps down while cruising. Under boost, the secondary pumps can be activated using the Snow Performance Boost-Activated Switch (part #SNO-81014) and Multi-Pump Relay Module (part #SNF-20003) to support high-load operation.
Another standout feature is the integrated shared sock and 10-micron prefilter, which feeds all pumps evenly through a single pickup. This design helps prevent fuel starvation when one pump is submerged and the others are not — a common issue with traditional multi-pump setups. The prefilter mounts directly to the pump assembly, eliminating the need for external filter housings or additional hardware.
