Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat – High-Flow, Leak-Free Billet Design

Say goodbye to fuel upgrades that rely on a maze of T-fittings, questionable hoses, and clamp-heavy installs. The Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat offers a simplified, high-performance solution for serious fuel demands. Built from 6061 billet aluminum and precision CNC-machined in the USA, this system eliminates the need for rubber lines and clamps, reducing failure points while maximizing flow.

The internal manifold design routes fuel through integrated passages, completely removing the need for external hose merges. Pumps are secured in a fully machined housing with Viton O-rings for long-term chemical resistance and leak prevention even with harsh fuels like E85.

Each unit is finished in black anodizing to protect against corrosion and support full compatibility with ethanol and ethanol-blended fuels. Feed and return ports are machined for 10AN ORB and 8AN ORB fittings. Swivel adapters for 10AN, 8AN, or 6AN line sizes are sold separately.

Snow Performance fuel hats are built for return-style systems and can be configured with 2 or 3 genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps in a variety of flow rates:

  • 450 LPH

  • 470 LPH (commonly known as Hellcat 525)

  • 490 LPH (also known as 535)

These are real TI/Walbro pumps not knockoffs and provide OE-grade reliability with race-grade performance. The system is compatible with 100% gasoline, 100% ethanol, and blends such as E10, E85, and E98. Not for use with methanol.

For street builds, you can combine a smaller pump for cruising with one or two higher-output pumps for boost. This keeps amp draw and heat down during normal operation. For staged pump control, use the Snow Performance boost-activated pressure switch (part #SNO-81014) and multi-pump relay module (part #SNF-20003).

One of the most innovative features is the shared pump sock and 10-micron pre-filter, which merges all pumps into a single feed. This prevents uneven fuel pickup that can occur when one pump draws from a dry section of the tank. The pre-filter attaches directly to the pump assembly, removing the need for external bulkheads or auxiliary submerged components.

  • 2 Pump Street Setup: One 450 LPH + One 470 LPH
    Supports 1000+ RWHP on E85 / 1300+ on gasoline

  • 3 Pump Street Setup: One 450 LPH + Two 470 LPH
    Supports 1500+ RWHP on E85 / 2000+ on gasoline
    Draws 10–12% less current than Race setup

  • 3 Pump Race Setup: Three 470 LPH (525 Hellcat)
    Supports 1600+ RWHP on E85 / 2100+ on gasoline

  • 3 Pump Xtreme Setup: Three 490 LPH (535)
    Supports 1900+ RWHP on E85 / 2500+ on gasoline
    Max-effort flow configuration for serious builds
