Upgrading to a multi-pump fuel system doesn’t have to mean a mess of clamps, rubber lines, and T-fittings. The Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat delivers a streamlined, high-performance solution built to handle serious power and harsh fuels without sacrificing reliability.
Each hat is precision-machined from 6061 billet aluminum and features internal CNC-cut passages, eliminating the need for external Y-blocks or hose merges. No detail is overlooked, pumps are retained in a solid billet assembly with chemical-resistant Viton O-rings, ensuring a secure and leak-free seal. The result is a clean install that performs under pressure and stays trouble-free over time.
Every fuel hat is finished in black anodizing for corrosion resistance and full compatibility with ethanol-based fuels like E85 and E98. Feed and return ports are threaded for 10AN ORB and 8AN ORB fittings, respectively. 90-degree ORB adapters are available separately to accommodate 10AN, 8AN, or 6AN hose configurations.
Built around genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps, this system offers OE-grade quality with configurable flow options. Choose from 450 LPH, 470 LPH (Hellcat 525), or 490 LPH (535) pumps to meet your fuel demands. No off-brand pumps are used.
This setup is intended for return-style fuel systems only and supports all blends of gasoline and ethanol. It is not compatible with methanol.
For street-driven vehicles, a mixed-pump configuration allows you to cruise on a lower-draw primary pump and activate additional pumps under boost. This reduces electrical load and fuel temperature during normal driving. For boost activation, use the Snow Performance Boost Pressure Switch (part # SNO-81014) and Multi-Pump Relay Module (part # SNF-20003) for seamless staged operation.
One of the key features of this system is the shared pump sock, which merges all three pump inlets into a single feed. This eliminates starvation issues caused by uneven fuel pickup and ensures consistent flow under all driving conditions. The included 10-micron prefilter mounts directly to the pump assembly and removes the need for submersion bulkheads or auxiliary filters.
