Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat – C5/C6 Corvette (2003–2013)
Looking to upgrade your Corvette’s fuel system without the headaches of T-fittings, rubber lines, and hose clamps? The Snow Performance Multi-Pump Fuel Hat is a high-performance, no-compromise solution engineered specifically for C5 and C6 Corvettes. Built from CNC-machined 6061 billet aluminum, this hat delivers clean, high-flow fuel management for serious horsepower builds while maintaining OE-level reliability.
Unlike traditional multi-pump setups, this design uses internal machined passages to eliminate external hose merges. The result is a cleaner, safer, and more reliable installation. All seals use Viton O-rings for long-term chemical resistance and leak-free performance, even with ethanol-based fuels.
Every unit is anodized black for corrosion protection and full compatibility with E85 and other aggressive fuels. The hat includes female 10AN ORB feed and 8AN ORB return ports. 90-degree ORB adapter fittings are available separately to match your preferred fuel line setup, whether 10AN, 8AN, or 6AN.
This system is configurable with genuine TI Automotive (Walbro) fuel pumps in multiple flow ratings, and no imitation pumps are used. Each pump is securely retained in the billet assembly, and the included pump sock merges all inlets into a single feed, solving the common problem of partial starvation when only one pump has access to fuel. A built-in 10-micron pre-filter mounts directly to the pumps, eliminating the need for bulkheads or submersion hardware.
This setup is designed for return-style fuel systems only and is compatible with 100% gasoline, E85, E98, or any gasoline/ethanol blend. It is not compatible with methanol.

Two Pump Street Setup: One 450 LPH and one 470 LPH pump, supporting over 1000 RWHP on E85 and 1300+ on gasoline

Three Pump Street Setup: One 450 LPH and two 470 LPH pumps, supporting 1500+ RWHP on E85 and 2000+ on gasoline, while drawing less current than full race setups

Three Pump Race Setup: Three 470 LPH (525 Hellcat) pumps, supporting 1600+ RWHP on E85 and 2100+ on gasoline

Three Pump Xtreme Setup: Three 490 LPH (535) pumps, for 1900+ RWHP on E85 and up to 2500 on gasoline
This system is ideal for staged pump activation, allowing you to cruise on a smaller pump and trigger the larger ones under boost using the Snow Performance boost-activated switch (part #SNO-81014) and relay module (part #SNF-20003).
